Any bloopers in the past you would like to share?

I think one of the reasons that we use databases is to accidently modify them. Years ago when I was a junior developer I was so excited about my first query. I ran the query and got the result : 1M records changed. My colleagues were excited too, except my manager that told me “well done, great job. you just changed 1M records in the production database.”

With what it problem should the person who read this, contact you immediately, as you cannot wait to solve it?
